General Terms of Sale

These terms govern purchases arranged through VISIT-BJ. Review the seller’s terms and the delivery, returns and dispute resolution policies before placing an order.
1. VISIT-BJ’s role
VISIT-BJ is a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. Unless expressly stated in the offer, the seller identified in the listing supplies the goods or services and remains responsible for their description, availability and fulfilment.
2. Offers and information
Sellers must provide accurate information about features, condition, price, currency, availability and applicable terms. Buyers should request any necessary clarification before confirming. A photograph or estimate does not replace the contractual description of the goods.
3. Prices and charges
The price and currency are those agreed at confirmation. Delivery and other applicable charges must be disclosed before the buyer commits. Any change to the amount after the request requires the buyer’s agreement; additional charges must not be imposed without prior disclosure.
4. Orders and availability
An order or booking request does not guarantee availability. The seller must confirm the items, amount and agreed arrangements. If an item is unavailable, the seller must inform the buyer; a substitute cannot be imposed without consent. Keep the reference and confirmation messages.
5. Payment
Use only the payment method agreed and offered for the transaction. For payment at the store, pay the seller under the confirmed terms. For electronic payments, retain the provider’s confirmation. A payment request or screenshot alone is not proof of final settlement.
6. Delivery, collection and inspection
Handover arrangements are stated in the offer or agreed with the seller and explained in the Delivery Policy. Check the goods upon receipt and report discrepancies without prejudice to applicable statutory guarantees.
7. Cancellation, returns and guarantees
Contact the seller promptly about a cancellation, return or defect. Terms disclosed before purchase and applicable law determine your rights. Consult the Returns and Refunds Policy. These terms do not remove any mandatory consumer protection or guarantee.
8. Special transactions and disputes
Property, vehicle, rental and service transactions may require specific documents, checks or contracts. Each party must follow applicable formalities. For disagreements, follow the Dispute Resolution Policy. Future changes to these terms do not retroactively change an already confirmed order.
