Delivery Policy

This policy explains delivery and collection arrangements for goods ordered through VISIT-BJ. Available options depend on the seller, product and destination address.
1. Options and service areas
Depending on the listing, store collection, free delivery or paid delivery may be offered. Delivery is not available for every item or area. Confirm coverage and any restrictions before ordering.
2. Address and contact details
Buyers must provide an accurate address, a reachable phone number and useful access instructions. Report errors or changes immediately. Address changes may not be possible once goods have been dispatched.
3. Delivery charges
Charges may be fixed or calculated by distance and the listing’s terms. The amount or calculation method must be disclosed before confirmation. Any conditions for free delivery must also be stated. Additional costs require your prior agreement.
4. Delivery times
Preparation and estimated delivery times are provided in the listing or at confirmation. An estimate is not a guarantee unless expressly agreed. Availability, traffic, weather or access issues may cause delays. If delayed, contact the seller for an updated estimate and available options.
5. Receipt and collection
At handover, check the quantity, condition and conformity of items where possible. Keep the receipt or proof of handover. For collection, agree on the location and hours and share your collection code only with the relevant staff at handover.
6. Absence or failed delivery
If delivery fails, contact the seller or carrier to arrange another attempt or collection. Any redelivery charges must be explained and accepted before the new attempt is arranged.
7. Damaged, missing or undelivered items
Report the issue to the seller promptly with the order reference, a description and photographs if available. Retain packaging and useful evidence. If no solution is reached, contact VISIT-BJ. The returns and dispute resolution policies apply without limiting your statutory rights.
