VISIT-BJ reserves the right to remove any product, advertisement, or account that violates these Terms and Conditions.
VISIT-BJ may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.
Users must not upload content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, or infringes the rights of others.
Users agree to respect intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents.
VISIT-BJ is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect information provided by Buyers or Sellers.
Any dispute between a Buyer and Seller should first be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Burundi.
VISIT-BJ may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms without prior notice.
Users are responsible for complying with all local, national, and international laws applicable to their activities.
By registering or using the VISIT-BJ website or mobile application, all users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
